If you are not satisfied with your digital product, you may exchange it at no cost for any other item of similar value from our extensive catalog. For physical products, we will take full responsibility for any defects in the discs and will replace them free of charge.

    We take full responsibility for any defects in the discs and will replace them free of charge. Returns for physical products must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

  • Cancellations:
    You can cancel your order at no cost before it ships. Once shipped, the order must follow our returns or replacement process.


Address Changes

  • If an incorrect address was entered, reply to your confirmation email or contact sales@audiobooksprime.com within 24 hours to update it.

  • No refunds for incorrect addresses after 24 hours.
